i usually never write reviews but i just had to for this place. the entire vibe of the shop is lovely! it smells great in there due to the handmade candles being burned, and the staff was super kind. we were helped by christian who was very knowledgeable and informative, and really gave excellent customer service because there was never a time where we felt like he just wanted us to pick something and get out, like the way other shops are. i will definitely be coming back i love this place!!!

I accidentally made an order for in store pick up. Well it was ready for pick up at 10:00am the next day. Super fast. However, I needed it to be shipped. I called them when they opened and they promptly shipped it. I live in NC so when they shipped it Monday, I received it on Wednesday. Awesome service! Not to mention, The caramels I ordered are not only tasty but they actually work!
