High Life Smoke Shop Statesville

The employees ack like they know everytime you tell them what you need you know what it is you need they want to look it up on there phone as you don't know anything. If you work in a vape store you are suppost to l know everything about the product ect.

Highlife statesville is the best smoke shop in statesville. The staff is really friendly and very knowledgeable. Every question I had about any product was answered with a smile. They have tons of different products there too. Their water pipe wall is amazing. There's so many choices and they are all very affordable. The hand pipe selection is just as impressive. They carry some Cbd products and TONS of delta 8 products. There are also a few selections in the delta 10 and hhc. They seem to have all the hottest new technology in smoking. Such as the puffco and the lookah seahorse. I was pretty happy with their backwoods selection as well.
We were happy to see that highlife was carrying most of the newest / up to date mods and pod mods. And such a large disposable selection. There's gotta be a flavor to satisfy just about anyone who walks in.

I trust highlife over alot of vape / smoke shops in town because they are a corporate company with rules.

A few times I had visited any of the tobacco and vape stores to get juice for my pod mod. As I asked to see one of the juices, he grabbed the juice and it was already opened. And who knows how long it's been sitting there open right?!?! Ew. I'm pretty sure you have to have a manufacturer's license to have open containers of unsold nic in shops.

Ever since then I stay with highlife because they are consistent. I trust all of their products. And the selection is amazing.

I come in there all of the time. All of them are TOTALLY FABULOUS. I go for the inscents.. they know me by name and my Favorite scents. I truly Cherish all of them......I love that place.

Man. I will be honest . I didn't purchase anything here. But if I ever need the specific items this place sells. I will come to this shop. The staff there were absolutely amazing and friendly. Even though I only wanted information and not spending money. They helped me gladly ,100%. Please visit this store.

I have always liked the staff at both Mooresville and Statesville. I have been spending my money at this establishment for several years. But the one chic with blue hair at Statesville has no business being in customer service. I swore after she was so rude the first time I would not be back. But the other staff have always been great so I made myself out to be a liar and kept going back. Well shame on you the first time for being so rude but shame on me for going back and subjecting myself to that again. I will find myself a new place and convince everyone I know to do the same until the company comes to the realization she does not need to be in customer service. She didn’t have a name tag so I can only describe her as the rude one with blue hair.

I had a great experience with Bri, super helpful, and helped me pick out a beautiful water pipe! I’ll definitely be back in the future for more pieces.
