This company will not honor the manufacture warranty on any vaping products that you purchased from them. I purchased a wismec product and within 40 days I experienced a manfature defect. Took my device along with the packaging and receipt several times to get the issue resolved. They continued to tell me the company does not allow for any sort of returns (including manufacture defects to be sent off). I contacted wismec on several occasions to receive the same instructions that it was the responsibility and obligation for the company from where the purchase was made to take care of the refund and or steps for device repair or replacement.
I do not recommend buying ANY vaping products here for this reason.
