Turning Leaf - Bismarck

I've been buying all my vape supplies and many many vapes at this store. Thousands and thousands of dollars worth. Today I went in like I do every Friday to buy my usual menthol juice. I had been walking and my hips felt really tight. They had a sample of Sativa oil I asked to sample. And the manager told me they were putting regulations on samples! And I had tried it several times already. This was so offensive and rude. I'm a customer that followed this store from Minot when they first opened. Since 2016! You just lost my business. I live in Mandan and am no longer going to take the long bus ride to Bismarck for any supplies I need. They just opened Mose here I'n Mandan. I've heard good things about this store, and can't wait to visit there place. So Moe's here I come. I'm a loyal customer. And I hope they treat me with the respect I deserve.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a large selection with the most ELF bar flavors that I have ever seen!

I read the reviews prior to visiting, and all I can say is that there must have been some big changes made here since those other folks visited. Entire interaction, from phone call the day before to check stock on an item, to my visit, the service has been absolutely top notch.

I am from out of town, but if I lived here, this would be the place I go. Highly recommend.

I visited a few weeks ago needing a resolution for the sheer pain I was in. Spoke with the staff and they were very knowledgeable on their products. I don't remember the woman's name that helped me but she was amazing. She wasn't just there to SELL products she genuinely wanted to HELP me deal with my pain. She recommended some Delta 9 gummies and a topical salve. Let me tell you what it all worked I'm finally free of the agonizing pain!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!! I will be back oh and the prices are very reasonable too.

Horrible prices and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from beginning to end. But the most amazing part of my experience started after the sale. The following day I realized the credit card I used was missing. I immediately called the store and spoke with Alexis, the Regional Manager. She didn’t simply take a quick look and tell me it wasn’t there, she went above and beyond by asking her staff if they found it all while showing a care and concern that I appreciated. She even offered to keep an eye out for it. This may sound like a small thing but it speaks volumes to me that Alexis and her entire staff make customer service and satisfaction a priority that is rare with many businesses today. We both enjoyed a good laugh when I stopped in to make my next purchase and to personally thank her when I sheepishly told her I found it....IN MY WALLET! I just put it in a different place behind a different card! This experience and of course their quality products at reasonable prices has earned them all of my vaping business for life! This place is ridiculously overpriced and if you call them for a quote on an item you're looking for they won't give you the price over the phone

I can find all my vaping need close to home. Hours of operation is a plue, they stay open late fot busy working folks.

Flew in from out of state looking for some disposable vapes and was warmly (quite literally, it’s -10 degrees atm) welcomed by the staff, namely a gentleman named Collin. Extremely helpful, very friendly, and helped me save $30 with the current promotions that were running. Suffice to say, I wish I had one in my part of the state but I’m quite satisfied to have stumbled into this neat, well-kept shop. Excellent all around, highly recommend. Thank you, Collin!

Honestly it was great. I had to pick up some juice and was from out of town. The recommendation I got from the staff member was better than the stuff I usually get. She had me in and out in just couple minutes completely satisfied.
