I love the down-to-earth employees! I dont go anywhere else because they ALWAYS leave me with a great experience. The only complaint I can come up with is the lack of red dragon powdered kratom. Beyond that, amazing experience everytime

The employees we encountered were unfortunately extremely rude. We came in about a hour and 15 minutes before closing.. at the moment it seemed like an employees friend was visiting and the employees seemed rather annoyed to have to help us or answering any questions about the products. We did try and hurry as we felt extremely rushed. However, my mom was undecided on some things and it got busy. The employee then got extremely rude and once confronted as too.. He why went off on my mother.. Instead of helping others while she decided on the products the employee then told her to not be rude and take to long because they close in 45 mins. As a business owner If someone came in even right at closing time Iād be happy to help. Not sure if we caught someone at a bad day, but we will definitely avoid this place. Spent well over $150 in products here aswell.

Prices are good, and they have a rewards program. Always a pleasant place to shop when I get to Bismarck.

I just go there a few minutes ago because I need one of those "cartridges" for my girlfriend vape but I can remember exactly the model or name or brand that the one she have. 2 guys working there I ask to the guys to show me all 3 different kind that they have because If I saw I'm gonna know right away witch one it's. But the answer was No! Really? Why they can't show me if I was going to buy like I buy in the past there? It's not their job? Was a problem show me what I need? Was hard? I'm completely in disappointment w my visit tonite!! Horrible service! Any help! Any interest to try to find the stuff that I what!!! Never like the ppl that I saw the others time that I visit the place!!! 0 % costumer service!

Infinite is definitely the best vape shop in town. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Iām always impressed how well they know the product lines. Infinite also carries high quality product. This is important to me since there no oversight on vape juices. I trust the products I get there.
Other places in town may be cheaper, but for the incredible staff and high quality product, Infinite is the place to go.
