This is hands down the best spot in bismarck! Employees are very knowledgeable and courteous to customers of all levels, no judgement and straight forward. They have a great inventory on equipment and juices alike! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!!

Store was nice, but was not impressed with their selection. Seems they are more into pressing their own house liquid then getting better tasting liquids. What have this store a 1 star was the encounter I had. Employee offered to sell me 2 vita juice 60mil bottles for $23 I was thinking sure,that sounds like a good deal. So after buying those 2 bottles and 2 other bottles of liquid, I went out to my vehicle and it dawns on me that I got charged $20 a bottle. So I went to bring them back in opened within minuets if purchasing the incorrect priced bottles and was told they do not refund on liquid no matter if they are not opened and only boughten no more then 3 mins ago. So needless to say I will never buy from this store again. Guess I’ll just go back to my home vape shop to be treated correctly and pay for much better tasting and quality liquids. Guru Vape Shop will be the best shop within North Dakota still.

This place will actually get you started and help you if in need to quit smoking. The consultants are always helpful and friendly. This is my go-to store for vaping. I recommend anybody and everybody to go to this store.
They will also help with getting you liquids due to their own personal experience. You state what you like, and they'll recommend. Unlike some vape stores where you go in and say you want liquid and they say there's the book.

Always love going into infinite, great selection of juice and mods, good deals, and the staff are great. Very helpful and friendly, especially Sam, he knows what he's talking about and is very helpful. Recommend anyone that vapes to come check out this store.

I'm just getting into vaping and came into the store recently, and on my way to the counter a female employee with dark hair and green tips gave me a really bad look at me like I killed her cat or something, so I scurried out of the store. After a few hours of some other shopping around I came back and she was busy with another customer and another employee greeted me with open arms and a hand shake. He introduced himself as Carson, which is very respectful and genuine through my eyes. Since I'm new to vaping Carson answered all the questions I had without frustration and detail. Carson then didn't just tell me but showed me how to use them correctly, how to refill them, and how to charge them (I'm fresh out of the bag with vaping). At the end of out lengthy, but very enjoyable conversation and learning experience I purchased a Aspire Breeze with some "The Dunk" vape juice, and before I left Carson gave me a final firm handshake and I left with a smile on my face. I'm glad I didn't get helped by the other gal, because I feel like she would've possibly stabbed me with her eyes. I would've given this review a 4 star, but because the store was so unique and clean, and because Carson helped me so much with helping me learn about vaping and get a good vape pen, I give this store a 5 star. I'm sure I will be back again, thanks to Carson!
