Joseph talked with me for about an hour explaining the products as well as pros/cons of them. He really made sure that I got a product that met my needs. I left feeling informed and confident in my purchases!

Really irritated because a worker suggested a $50 cartridge over funky farms (which is what I usually get and they were out of) long story short I purchased the new suggested brand and the glass cbd vape shattered after not even 24 hours. I called to request discount if I purchased a new one at the very least! I spent $50 on the item and the girl who answered said it isn’t their fault so nothing can be done. Customer satisfaction is normally what Cbd depot has offered me over the 9 months of me shopping there so I was surprised and sad.

My husband and I came in yesterday evening. This place is great. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable about what we came in looking for. I love what I purchased fot myself and this place will be my go to for my needs in the future

Great spot for CBD products! Very informative and has some of the best CBD products on the market. I have anxiety, and it’s been a life saver since stopping pharmaceutical medicine. If anyone is wanting to switch to a natural remedy or try something new, this is your place!

I didn't get the customer service everyone else was talking about. In fact I don't feel like the guy was even listening to me after I said it was disappointing they advertise free samples but only offer the use of a vape pen in the store and a bit of some cream. I told him how intense my pain was, what I was currently doing, and that I had severe food allergies on top if it. I said i needed something strong, and he said its basically all the same.
Which confused me because they have different dosages available. And he didn't discuss options, just handed me the sample pack of CBD + 15mg capsules and told me to just take one because it doesn't work like what I was using. The CBD + ended up not working at all. I endured much pain and tried 7 more pills after calling and asking if It was safe. Still don't know if it worked because after45 additional minutes i gave up and swallowed old pain pills. Willing to give them another try since I can walk there, but if they blow me off again and aren't willing to be helpful and discuss options, I will not be recommending them. Or buying anything from them.

Recommended to me by a friend when I was looking to try CBD products for my anxiety. I’ve been using the Lazarus naturals high potency CBD tincture for a boost at bad anxiety/depression days and it’s been really helpful. I find it calming and I start my day much more positively without a hovering cloud of anxiety. It’s also helpful for sleep. I take prescribed anxiety meds daily as well, but this helps when I need a little extra. I’ve also been using it in lieu of my “emergency” anxiety meds for staving off panic attacks, and it seems to work just as well (without the terrible crash I get from meds).
