This had been my go-to shop for the last couple of years. The last few months there have been issues with stock levels. They seemed to have addressed the stock issue in regard to e-liquid. The coils are a different story. They never order enough to meet the demand of their customers on their most popular coils. Instead they run out within a week or so of getting them in and then they will be out of stock for 3 weeks or more. I am going to have to switch shops because it makes no sense to have to go 2 different places.

the entire staff is incompetent.
went in today at 11:30 AM and purchased a pen. expressed my hesitancy at buying one because a precious brand I had leaked. employee (Evan) promised that they didn’t leak and had never had a problem with them. spent almost $100.
a few hours later, I opened the product to see that it was completely empty and had leaked (long ago- as evident by the DRIED oil). I went back to the store- a different guy was working. told him the situation and he told me they didn’t do exchanges and I should have checked the product in store………… excuse me? not only is that bizarre but I wasn’t informed. employee said he was new and didn’t actually know how to handle the situation and that the owner should be contacted.
so instead of him calling the owner, Jay, he gave me his number. needless to say- Jay did nothing. was absolutely worthless.
he basically blamed me for the product leaking- telling me he placed the product himself and that he is sure it didn’t leak……. how he can tell through a box I don’t know but whatever.
he offered nothing other than “sorry- your loss”.
so a waste of $50 and very, very expensive lesson to never- EVER go here. and to ensure that I inform everyone of this sketchy place. go else where. not worth it.

I just called to ask if they were hiring and spoke on the phone with a man that was rude. I asked how many positions are they wanting filled and he asked me if I was a solicitor. I’m deeply confused about this and stated I was in fact not one, I just was curious as to how many positions they needed filled due to my boyfriend and I both wanting to work here. Before I could even explain myself he told me he wasn’t a manager and hung up. Deeply unsatisfied about the experience I had on the phone and will be looking else where to purchase my vapes and employment.

I see people going on here saying '' going on line is cheaper" After paying tax and shipping your paying 3x as much. Love this vape store and will continue to be my go to vape store.

They are way over priced. I paid $31 for a Hyde vape. I should have just left considering other places are only charging $26. This is ridiculous, I will not be returning.

The employees are horrible about simply showing up to work on time to open the store. They say they open at 10, but I have never seen them be actually open at 10. I wait for 20 minutes and eventually give up and take my business elsewhere where they actually care enough to show up to work. I wouldn't advise visiting them before 11.

The owner deleted my comment again like I said I’ve put my number and name down since it says now hiring but no calls or anything hiring sign has been up for months I think the owner needs to get it together especially when his prices are way over charged and he’s never stocked with anything but expired juices that they sell for a cheaper price they deleted my review since they don’t want the truth to be told. Just walk in you’ll see the expired juice sign

Just stopped in out of the blue on vacation and Ryan is the man to talk to. Very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're in the area, stop in and pay him a visit!! If I could give them 6 stars I absolutely would!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUYER BEWARE
This place is a rip off to begin with (check prices online and you will find out). I can get past the prices but can’t get past the owner or managers customer service. Kid working there will put you on a speaker phone with manager or owner for any question or issue. I picked out a vape juice from a 25% basket. This basket was mostly filled with vape juice with no nicotine lol. I found one that had nicotine and had a $19.99 sticker on it. Went to purchase it thinking around $15 (easy math). Rang up at almost $30. Kid working there said he can’t do anything about it out me in with the owner/manager speaker phone and I was basically told whatever the price is in the computer is the price I have to pay. What a joke. My friend just brought a disposable Ecigg there today which died after 5 minutes and he went right back in to tell them. Was told no returns he is out of luck. To top it off this was an 800 hit disposable they charged him $18 for. You can get the same brand 1500 hits online from other vape shops for less than $11!!! If the owner/manager behind the speaker phone doesn’t make this right we will be exposing their practices to the mass public and better business bureaus.

Wonderful store. Very clean and professional yet personable. I want to note that I drove 30 minutes one way to come here because of the great reviews and I've had bad experiences with other shops. The reviews were on point and true to my delight.

Ryan was a cool dude. Helped me out to get everything I needed and gave me a 74 dollar discount, granted i spent alot, but I got alot of quality for my money and what I wanted. I would have paid more elsewhere and probably less quality vaporizers and liquid. Thanks Ryan. Be back soon
