I have been looking to try a cbd product for my dad's Rheumatoid Arthritis and was really impressed by the reviews of the CBD store. I decided to go in and chatted with Doug the owner for a bit and explained the situation, he recommended a CBG product called Neuro which was $90.00. I asked him if there was a chance that product might not work or be as effective for my Dad. He did indicate that there are some people that don't feel the effects of the product and if that was the case to come back in and he would see if he could find something else that would work. He said he wanted to make sure that his customers came back and I feel he was being truly being genuine about that. Unfortunately the product did not, i went back and dealt with another employee who suggested to maybe try the Topical Cream at higher dose to see if that would work. So it's at this point I thought I would be able to exchange the original product (which was only used twice) for the topical cream, unfortunately I was only offered a 30% discount and after leaving the store a 50% discount to purchase the new item. I understand that the products whatever they may be do not work 100% of the time for every customer but this experience left a bad impression on me. I was not looking for a refund and did want to find a product that would help my dad but what is the point of giving a discount on a product if it also might not work?
I'm not going to claim that everyone who comes in will have a similar experience as me and maybe the other products that they sell actually do what they state they do, but do want to warn others to ask about the return/exchange policy before purchasing.

Went in today, the owner was very warm and welcoming. He let us try many different samples and gave us some to take home. He had a lot of information and stories to share which was very helpful. We will be back!
