Hemptations

This store is a great idea, however everything is very overpriced and the product I bought was defective. They told me all of them were like that and that they won’t refund or exchange. They have totally lost me and everyone else who enjoys the benefits of hemp and cbd that I know as customers. You are better off going to a corner store or private owned smoke shop, they will take care of you.

When I walked in the large man acted annoyed that I was even there. He was more concerned with getting his pizza out of the microwave. I told him what I was looking for and he simply said ‘yea we have that’ he didn’t offer to help me find it or direct me to it or anything. So I asked where it was. He reached up on the shelf behind the counter and grabbed a bottle and abruptly put it on the counter in front of me. He then rounded the counter with his pizza leaving me standing there. A woman came around who was very nice. But I had questions about the single product he gave me an option for. Maybe that was my only option? I’ll never know because that man seemed to have gone out of his way to make me feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. He could not have been more clear that he didn’t want my money. I have a choice on where to spend it and I recommend you spend yours somewhere else too!

When I came in last week to purchase some form of a vape for my spouse a large lady acted annoyed I was even there. I told her I don't know much about the equipment I am needing for my spouse but I know her vape broke. So she presented me with a vape pen. I spent 38. I left and my spouse charged it tried to ise it and it didn't work. So she gave it a day thinking maybe it wasn't fully charged, but it still didn't work. She went to the store today gor the same rude lady saying there is nothing she can do for her. She was told to call the manufacturer. So I called and was told to email the manager. I think its bad business period. She could of offered her something that worked. Or investigated that thete was an issue with it instead of telling her its not charged. We will never be back!

I have been visiting this store for a year now, and i am never disappointed. Renee and the others are very friendly and helpful, and Renee always tells me when there is a new CBD beverage to try :)

Great staff! Interesting products in the front, with a number of health benefits of which I was unaware. The back of the store is mainly a smoke shop.
