I bought a vape and all the extra things to go with it. The person that sold me my vape sold me the wrong oil for my vap. Which clog the first oil holder and had to use the second one i went back today July 5th and was told by the manager i was sold the wrong oil But she did nothing to replace any thing. I spent another 21.00 dollars. I would not recommend anyone go there and buy a vape because they don't even know what they are doing. They are just making money for the store. They don't care about the customer. Sad .

Would not recommend coming to this location. They sold me a defective mod 7/23/21. I walk in 7/29/21 showed the problem, they told me to bring the box back with the accessories, I did that, swapped a new mod, printed a receipt for the exchange, then asked for my old receipt since I bought the mod before I became a member. I have proof I bought the mod on my bank app and clearly it shows in the system I bought it. So now I’m stuck with a defective mod I spent close to $100 for. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

I am a loyal customer to the shop in Port Clinton, OH and one day my old 2 and a half year old vape pen died. I was a smoker for 8+ years and I was afraid to have to buy cigarettes as they had caused me health issues in the past. The gentleman at the Port Clinton Store listened to what had happened to my old pen and he loaned me a sample mod from their vape bar while I waited for my check to come the following day. His act of generosity helped me to not return to cigarettes and was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me. He is a prime example of perfect customer service above and beyond the call of his normal duties.
