Stale tobacco dried up tobacco and after coming here for yrs I'll now be shopping elsewhere... Thought they would've treated a loyal customer better than thinking they could toss some chemical in the bag of tobacco crumbs and dust and then saying, "here you go all fresh now". What a joke.... lost another loyal and local customer here.

Plus the owner can't even be bothered to show up on time for work.
Supposed to open at 9 am, sat here from 9:05 to 9:30. Nobody ever showed up.
Give ANY other tobacco shop your money. Do not give this place your hard earned money.

Gone here for yrs... The only time I didn't squeeze the bag to check for freshness and had a stale bag of tobacco crumbs and dust, I thought he'd make it right cause I was a local loyal customer... Nope he has me bring bag back so he could add water to the tobacco and say that it was fresh ... Couldn't even roll or smoke a cigarette... Had to go buy the bag twice except somewhere else ... I'll never be back at this store nor will my friends.... Good luck being the most unfriendly smoke shop!!

Be careful. Alot of their inventory is old dried up tobacco and they won't stand behind their product. Too many shops in stow to deal with poor customer service.

They are a little bit...pricey, but the female workers are friendly.. went into the shop June 22, 2020 the male owner was mean to me. He was very sarcastic about what I wanted.. wasn't a pleasant visit. Might start going to other shops.

Went to go get coils for my smok nord and it turns out they were fake. I got them yesterday and I’ve put in 3 coils and the burnt taste is still there. They aren’t doing anything. Don’t go to this shop. They are a scam and there’s proof just google them.

Today I purchased a Tops 100mm Roller and a rolled cigarette case that flipped open (unbranded) for roughly $19 total, along with other cigarette supplies. Upon arriving home I found that the roller was malfunctioning and was ripping my tubes. On top of that the cigarette case had a pin that held the top and bottom together that was sliding out. Not having recieved a receipt I immediately returned (a half hour upon purchase) to recieve a replacement. When I explained to the woman behind the counter, who is now obviously one of the owners, she immediately became aggressive and told me that I had some how broken the device myself. She told me that in all the years they had been open this had never happened. Frustrated that I was being blamed for a defective product I asked for a refund. She told me that I should go call the manufactuer if I wanted a refund for the roller and then proceeded to give me $6 for the case. I said, "Is that all that cost?" and she in turn gave me another dollar, a total of $7 for a $9 product. I knew it wasn't going anywhere so I left.
Do not go here if you hope to get quality products or a replacement for defective ones. Very disapointed in such a shady business.
Update:
Tried contacting the better business bureau and found it odd that I couldn't find this Smoker Friendly location, unlike the others who were readily listed. Sent an email to the corporation who licence the name "Smoker Friendly" and was returned promptly with a phone call from a very polite woman who informed me that the location wasn't theirs. In fact, she thanked me for reporting this as they have been illegally using the name Smoker Friendly for years. This is better than a refund.
These people are by definition crooks. Do not do business with them.

Owners are great, been going there for years and always friendly a great experience. Find that one bad review hard to believe, as they always give a receipt. Why wouldn't you ask for a receipt if you didn't receive one?

I go their every friday and saturday and they are always nice to me always start a conversation with me.. Makes me feel welcome. All around good people you should check them out
