First time I went was informative and I ended up buying a tincture . Second time a female salesperson told me about another product and I ended up exchanging because I didn’t take it well. When I called they were saying how they wouldn’t be able to use it again and it’s wasted product and asking me if the female who sold to me told me certain things about the product. I said no she didn’t. And he kept questioning why can’t you take, and idk most people can handle it. The guy seemed annoyed and it was awkward. How is that my issue if someone didn’t explain the product fully like you just did and you stated you’re all suppose to mention that. Idk just feel like customer’s shouldn’t feel guilty.
