This place is awesome, especially the owner. Everyone who works in there is cool and friendly but the owner is the personality of the place. She’s very knowledgeable about the products and is way more helpful than any other place I’ve ever been. Not to mention the Kratom there is better than anywhere else we have gone also. Not sure if it’s just the strains or amount in the capsules, but there’s something about it that works better than any other place we‘ve tried.

Give it 4 stars, because the owner may be the nicest lady on earth! She gave me a good, and my daughter got some soap, and loved it. The product left a bit to be desired, but not trash. As a daily benefactor of the organics, I have a very critical eye, so there's that. I would recommend this place. The product is above average, and when you factor in price, and customer service, its right up there.

I love the owner and staff at The nw 10th location. They're always striving to make us (the customers) happy. If there's an issue they fix it IMMEDIATELY. And the products are exactly what they are described as. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I'll never get kratom anywhere else as long as they're around.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Best quality of Kratom and most reasonable prices . I live over an hour away but will only buy my Kratom from lotus. I called and they even mailed it to my house at no extra charge except the exact price for postage. The best customer service !!

This is the most obsurd place I have ever been to. They charge $17 for ONE OUNCE of Kratom. That is almost 12 times the price of what it is worth. Don't let them rob you and make that much of a profit , when they are in the business of " helping people" . Their Kratom isn't even Top grade. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing what they are doing to people . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! (I didn't purchase because I'm not letting them rob me. ) Knowing the price was enough for me to know they aren't good people. You guys will have better luck purchasing from a vendor in southeast asia.

I love everyone here. Tony is a sweetheart, I never see her much anymore but she is so sweet to her guest. Everyone here is so nice and caring. I just love their CBD and their Kratom is pretty good too.
