Cannot say enough how wonderful the customer service was here and how knowledgeable and willing to help the gentleman was. He gave me a great deal and was willing to work with me on creating a package deal for my selections of Kratom! They had a great selection to choose from and it seriously helped so much. I’ve generally had my son go in for vapor supplies. I went in about a year ago, but went in on May 31st; to see major improvements in selection. After speaking with the owner about several options, he indicated an interest in average pricing; to attract more business. I left with the intent of researching what I wanted, pricing; then returning to purchase my gear.
My research found accessory pieces to be around 50% higher than other places, while the larger ticket items were only around 20-30% higher than average.
When I returned on Monday, June 3rd, I returned to the store, ready to talk and possibly purchase what I was wanting.
I’ve seen the owner and a young lady in the shop and had no problems. Today, there was a younger male attendant. Maybe this kid is a relative of some kind, that’s not any of my business. I asked to see a piece and asked the price. (Thinking I’d come back and speak later, with the owner) What I got, was a condescending speech about the brand and size of the piece, adding an outrageous price quote. When I told the attendant about my conversation with the owner on Friday and my discovery, the attendant very grudgingly offered a lower price on the piece; which was still high. I gave him a direct comparison, based on my Friday purchase, to which his response was “Then why don’t you go purchase from there?”.
I did exactly that.
It’s fine to carry high-end, name brand items. There’s always someone to buy them. The shop is looking wonderful and most of the time, there is friendly staff and service. Get some reasonably priced parts available, label sizes and prices. If you’re holding a piece of glass, extolling virtues and highlighting the engraved company name before giving a price that would feed a small family; you’re selling above the average market. It’s a piece of glass and all glass breaks, no matter what breed it is.
With older people trying to use medical marijuana, buying necessary equipment for concentrates is a reality. We don’t claim to know everything and most of us like to keep things simple.
The younger male attendant could stand a lesson in customer service. Today, he lost a $272. sale; before tax.
