Originally I had these folks at a five star. I am now realizing that they're juices are very expensive. They sold me a vape less than 3 months ago, the batteries section is completely destroyed because the magnets that are in there have completely detached from their original position and have destroyed the plastic around them. When I asked if there was any assistance I could get from this I was effectively told no and then one person said he could sell me the exact same mod that had been returned for a discounted price, I asked how much the discounted price was, they then went on to tell me that never mind they weren't going to sell it to me. I don't know I wanted a good experience but they clearly didn't want to give me one.

It’s alright. It’s close to work. Guys that work there are informative about their stuff but I feel like they are awkward and stand off ish. I always tip them when they help me with a new pod or vape. But they aren’t super friendly. Kinda expensive but hey, it’s a business.. if it wasn’t close to my work I wouldn’t bother. Baseline has a way better selection always in stock just out of the way. Took them 2 months to get a certain juice in and blamed it on distribution lol we know that’s not the case but yeah. Over it.

The customer service could be a little better but I drive far to come here for my disposables because they have the best deals. I literally pass by about 5 other smokes shops between my house and thos shop because they have the best deals.

I usually buy everything online, but I loyally go to Serenity Vapor because they have a knowledgeable and very helpful staff, good prices (they charge less than the manufacturer in some cases), reward system, and even a vaping area out back!

You won't be disappointed, especially if you're new to vaping and/or want to quit smoking.

I would highly recommend this shop! Amazing service. The main manager/owner is super nice and tries to give you the best experience by answering questions, at times giving discounts and very knowledgeable about their products. Colton is a great employee there. He can tell you his opinion on just about every juice. I've been to other shops and I will never go anywhere but Serenity vape again. I even brag about them to customers at my own job.:)

Imagine a world where everything you wanted in your vape needs and wants ended up being nestled in the back of a big lots parking lot and the intoxicating aroma of pizza dances into your nostrils as you step foot into a life altering experience. Everything you need and could desire is up for grabs, the staff is like a database, fine tuned to answer your every question and suggest something you didn't even know you needed. In conclusion,I would recommend this place to my most trusted board of advisors and in turn would advise me to never shop anywhere else. So please if you're this neck of the woods, pull into this spot and get down with the cloud!

Original post: Spent hundreds if not thousands here. Salesman sold me the wrong glass for my tank today. Walked in literally 5 minutes after purchase (glass not used and never touched juice) to show him it didn’t fit. Wouldn’t do anything for me, said he cannot return or exchange it. Not smart enough to even try and sell me the right replacement glass.
