Just made the switch from combustible to vape. All the good things you’ve read about Randy are true. He really knows his stuff, is truly enthusiastic about it, and never once showed an ounce of impatience. I ask a LOT of questions, was there for over an hour my first time, so this says a lot!

Well Randy asked for a review, so here it is. I was new to buying a vape and needed some help. I got the help I needed and was told that they have a 30 day return policy. However, going back a few days later I was denied a return. This was the first shop I went to because it was closest to my house but now I wish I went to others first. I suggest you do, too!

Jordan was very helpful in helping me PERIOD from selecting which model to the tips and how to build and help set me up to start vaping. Great environment and modern style decor, very informative on everything and tons of flavors to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone from first time vapors to vapors who knows what they are doing.

The service here is always fast and they have pretty much whatever juice I've needed whether salt nic or regular freebase nic juice. Pretty standard prices and a friendly atmosphere make me a return customer.

I entered into a well lit inviting space and was greeted with smiles by two people. The layout of the store is clean crisp and inviting. The products are displayed nicely and all flavors are available in testers. The only thing that could have improved my experience is if the clerk had introduced herself to me with her name. I ended up getting the Pacha Mama passionfruit blend a pack of cleito aspire mesh coils (if you don't know then you do) and a new 5ml glass for my aspire. They have a 1:1 reward system with another perk. Definitely worth stopping by just to talk about new tech or scoop up a new flavor.

Honestly what a rip off. Went in to pick up some juice and I got what they recommended. Took it home and it tasted very wrong. Ended up that the juice was ether expired or mixed wrong. So I called in and let them know and they said ya stop by and let’s look at it and we can swap it out. So when I got there all the man did was smell it and say well there is nothing I can do but give you a 30% off a new juice. So I spend $45 freakin dollars on a juice that is messed up and all you can do is offer to make me pay more. What kind of business sells tainted product and won’t help the customer out by at least swapping it out. If google would let me they wouldn’t even get a 1/10 stars.

Rough customer service, frequent out-of-stocks, high prices. Worth a couple miles to head to Tony’s in Beaverton, where you won’t be argued with about a redeeming an earned ‘reward.’ I won’t return to this shop.

I just moved here from out of state and the "vape scene" here is very different, not what I'm used to. I've tried several vape shops and Serenity is the first one I have actually liked. Although, federal restrictions keep them from actually working on our equipment, the employee went above and beyond to walk me through every step of fixing my smokey (that's what I call it.) There was also an elderly gentleman there struggling and the employee helped him as well with patience. He was also very knowledgeable about their juice selection and rewards program. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a regular shop.

They have always taken Great care of me! Started and stopped smoking ciggarettes multiple times. Im always welcomed and helped with full and proffesional courtesy. The owners take care of there customers and from my experience always hire kind and proffesional people.

I was told by Jordan, that Serenity had a glass/coil combo on clearance for around $11 that would be a good package to hold me over until I received my other glass I was purchasing online.

I drove clear in from the other side of Tigard to Aloha, because he didnt tell me they had a Tigard location (which I had told him my location)
only to have a bait and switch pulled, when a different sales associate tried to sell me a $12 glass by itself instead of in a pack, which I can purchase online for $4-5.

I had the sales associate contact Jordan by phone who changed what he had said earlier, and tried to get the s.a. to sell me the glass, which probably saw me walking back out the door, and rather than try to rectify the situation, the s.a. simply hung up his phone call with Jordan, and went back to talking with his group of friends in the corner.

Simply an uncool move on the part of proprietor, who as it turns out, is in fact the Jordan I spoke with on the phone. I have to say, if any of the companies I work with were to operate in such an unethical manner, we would be out of business pretty quickly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Serenity, since I had read other positive reviews about them.. I was truly hoping this would be a great introduction to vaping since I am new to it, not just a chance to get stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic, and waste well over a quarter tank of fuel.

Hopefully I will be able to find a company with good products, and a good moral compass, to do business with in the future.
