I went in to look but ended up buying. Talked to the owner much longer than I expected but she's very friendly, I couldn't help myself. Every time I go in, I end up talking to one of the owners longer than I expect. They're very hospitable and educate their customers with products they buy. They also have a good sales pitch, which is good for their business.

Highly advise against doing business with this shop. I, personally, gave it a genuine effort to support this shop, as it's a local business and I try to support that as much as possible. But, I have had numerous negative experiences here, and have spent hundreds of dollars in devices and misc glassware and Vaping products. The last two visits, I spent over an hour just trying to buy coils and leave. Both times, my vape mod was damaged by improper and careless handling by the owner, and was treated very rudely, to the point I was in tears leaving the second time, with a mod that was no longer working, when I had walked in almost 2 hours earlier, it was fully functional and 2 weeks old. The employees to themselves, are great however. But the owner, is unfortunately, one of the most toxic business owners I've ever dealt with. La grande has a couple vape shops and so does payette. It's worth the drive. Shop here at your own risk.

I go in this shop once every couple weeks. Owner is nothing but always nice to me. Always makes sure I know what deals are on. I ALWAYS get the hook up! I was there one of these days on one of these low reviews. Theresa was nothing but kind to this person. Offering to give her free coils when I was making my purchase. I could feel the tension in this room because this person had been there quite some time from the conversation I gathered. If you want to waste gold(gasoline) to drive out of town go for it! But I am here to say I always have been treated kindly.
