Came in last night to grab some smoke and was not happy with the customer service. I was greeted by a nice young man originally who was showing me the specials list. However when I got called back to the budroom it was a completely different story. The special that I originally had decided on was not on the same list the girl had. She acted annoyed when I told her the list didn't have the special .... without saying anything to me walked to the door and yells ... " when did we get so and so on special". And then without hesitation turns and asks me "So do you want that?" She offers me no information about the strain, the properties or even showing me what it looked like. She was obviously in a hurry and was not there to help me pick out the right product. Considering this is a source of medicine for many people, I would like the person behind the counter to be well informed and not make me feel like I am in a rush. If I were management I would consider hiring people that actually know about marijuana, not young girls with attitude. They dont make you feel as the staff there to assist, more you are their burden. Horrible customer service. This is not the first time I have felt this way coming to this dispensery.

Never get a receipt when I think I'm over paying even tho I ask in person. I get the same thing every week and it use to be close to 60 bucks now it's almost 100 every time thinking about going to Jollys for a week or two. Bud tenders are ruder than my old weed dealer lol might even try and hit him up before coming back here. Why even have an army veteran discount if they never even give it to me? I literally have been told I got the discount and check receipt and what do you know I didnt lol this place is a joke and I haven't gone back for almost 3 months now they lost 100 dollars a week from me!
