The selection is pretty huge for Central Oregon and there's a price point for almost any budget. I'm usually in the cheap, but I always come away happy.

Been a long time THC customer since back in the rock house days. Great products with a friendly, patient and knowledgable crew.
I wish I could use their parking lot with the car I have now, their wifi signal jams the remote sensor. Maybe they got a super duper router or something. Or it could be the parking lot is haunted.

Good prices and nice staff but I will not front this has got to be the slowest moving dispensary in bend. I never get in and out of here in less than 15 minutes. It’s like every time a customer orders what they want the worker has to run out, double check the display, then run to the back, tell you they have to go to the other side, then come back. Very slow and cringey. I get that all pot shop workers are bound to be a bit goofy but as some constructive criticism, this place could tighten things up and reorganize things to make it more efficient. Otherwise very kind service and decent prices are stated before.

Had to lower my rating after being treated rudely. This place really has awful customer service. The majority of staff is NOT kind. I was too soft before. This place sucks compared to other dispensaries. Substance is right up the road and they have always been very friendly, even when they’re swamped with business.

Hands down my favorite cannabis store in Bend. I remember going there when it was the tiny little place with the huge line and if you were smart, you had already called in your order for pickup. Every employee I have talked to is friendly, knowledgeable and most important.. patient. Doesn't matter to them how the long the line might be, if they are helping you all of their attention is on you and what you want or need. Their facility grew and yet they still provide top shelf service and customer engagement.
They still can have a long line of people waiting, but you can always call that order in or even online. God bless technology.

Cool looking place but the way it's set up is inefficient and the lady with the dermal cheek piercings seemed like she was annoyed to be helping a customer and never gave me an exact number. When I asked about the percentage of anything she said it was "around 80%" even when it was much closer to 77%.
Cool looking place with good product but it's set up poorly and the employees are unfriendly. You also can't trust their inventory or prices on Leafly.

I love this place. If you have any questions I highly recommend talking to Dakota. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I've never spent 30 minutes talking to a bud tender before. Great prices.

Prices are funny 6$a g to 168$ for a oz.... dr jollys has some of the same bud 6$ a g for 120$ .my experiences here there just pushing product don't really care about the costumer. Just the next sale. Its sad to see

Used to be a huge fan. Not anymore. The super long wait time isn’t even as big of a deal as the attitude and lack of knowledge a lot of the employees have. The few that are super awesome (1 or 2) are why I gave more than a star. The staff here numerous times have told me “oh I don’t know the difference I just give people random things”. For recreational it’s not that big but I feel for the medical patients who need specific things. Also I will call and they will either not answer or give so much attitude. Again there are one or two awesome employees by the rest are pretty rude and inconsiderate. There are much better dispensaries around that are much better and cheaper. Shame because this used to be the only place I would go.
