The Herb Center

I was referred here by my husband, he loves this place. So I decided to go in with him to try and get a vape pen because I’m disabled and have chronic pain I had a lot of questions as to what would work best for certain things etc.. my very first impression was TERRIBLE, this one gal that was helping me was so rude in fact while I was asking questions she stopped helping (after I waited in line for ten minutes) and went to help someone else! And I had to wait in the line all over again, and I can’t stand for long periods so that was extremely frustrating. There were other things like telling me the product I picked wasn’t going to fit anything they sold there etc.. which later I found out was false. Okay why the five stars tho! The second and third etc..time I’ve gone in I was treated great by a different gal, Dax and some other shorter younger guy. And they were very knowledgeable!! I was able to get products that worked well and that helped me with my pain!! Plus they have happy hour which is an awesome time to save even more money. I’ve been very happy with my lastest experiences there. As long as I don’t get the one gal who doesn’t have time for people with questions and that are disabled I’ll be just fine! They do have the best selection! Although out of stock of what I wanted a few times , still worth traveling to because they Definitely have the best prices and selection. Plus I love they have this binder for you to flip through of what they have in stock, which is super awesome.

I've been here 3 times now, after having it recommended numerous times. To my pleasant surprise, the prices are crazy cheap, and all the product seems to be really good. Idk how they do it, but the pricing is just crazy low. Plus, they have a smoking utensil counter. The staff is young, but friendly, and so far from what I've seen, pretty attentive. Definitely recommend. 👍🏼

This is definitely my favorite cannabis store. I have been shopping here since they first opened their doors, they have always had the nicest, most knowledgeable staff, with a Superior product, at the most reasonable cost. It's always smiles and hugs when I walk in. The Herb Center is owned and operated by the best quality of people you can find!

The Herb Center has been the only shop I would buy from for a few years now. I've been able to ignore the slow lines and short customer service from time to time because my experience is generally good. But now I will be taking my business elsewhere. I order online for "convenience", but you can't take my money because my chip is damaged, and your ATMs are down(again!). Then your budtender suggests I use an ATM at Substance and come back. Why wouldn't I just go to Substance and make my purchase there? At any rate, there are lots of dispensaries in town, so I can be petulant. 😝

I will never spend another dime at this place. I have wasted my money on product with mold and full of seeds multiple times. Could be due to the fact that their flower is improperly stored and likely sits on the shelf for far too long. Certain members of the staff always have an attitude, are absolutely rude, and unprofessional. I've never experienced worse customer service. They have no actual knowledge about their own products. I have personally over heard the staff advising a customer they could give their dog a product dosed for humans. This is a dangerous lack of common sense. The entire store is disorganized and staff have to run back and forth to find what you are asking for. If you are looking for a quick one gram stop then go somewhere else because you will be in line for 20 minutes. If I was you, I would travel 2 blocks up the road and hit up Substance. Way more worth it. It seems as though the THC staff and managers dont actually care about customers, just the money in their pockets. They might have "the best prices in town" but the phrase, you get what you pay for, rings true for this establishment.

I love this dispensary. The only problem I had was the fact there were two older gentleman who held up the line for literally 20 minutes.It was very rude because there was the first guy who called up the second guy, who just cut in front of everyone.By the time I got to the front of the line there were like 15 people behind me. The line went all the way back to the door. They should have some sort of time limit. Anyways they have decent prices and very good weed.

Amazing place. I was able to use a computer to browse for a 1G cartridge. Was super nice to read details about the strain in peace while I made my decision. Prices are great! Will be shopping here from now on!

First ever dispensary I went to. Kinda miss the little stone house. Great friendly staff. Good selection. Love the vibes.
