Amazon Organics - Dispensary - Cannabis Store

Very friendly knowlegable staff and they always seem to have good customer service in mind while conducting their business. Right next to dairy mart and they open at 10am with a nice selection of flower as well as some clones. They also have a great display of some very expensive glass work.

Easily my favorite dispensary around. The quality of products is high and super consistent. The atmosphere is great. All the staff i've encountered thus far have been welcoming and informative. Even the $5 grams are killer. I strongly recommend checking out all the Herban Tribe products they carry. I don't plan on shopping anywhere else.

I had an early bad experience, but let me say that once the staff heard my situation, they took the time to listen to me, apologized for the mistake, and promised to have me come in and meet with the manager. Adam went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer, and made the situation right. It felt good to shake his hand and know that AO really honestly DOES care about their customers. I had been asking what they could offer that other places can't: and their taking the time to give great service provided my answer. I will not only be a happy long-term customer, but I can truly say I also recommend them to others. It's hard to get service any better! Thanks, AO!

This is my favorite dispensary in Eugene. I feel that the prices are really not that much higher than others, and I believe that their low price flower strains are always a better quality than even the top shelf at other shops. I have been a customer since they opened, and plan on staying loyal. There's at least 6 other stores that I pass by on my way to Amazon, but it's worth it.

☆☆This used to be one of my favorite delivery places but today I'm just letting the dark. I ordered on dutchie.com received confirmation text that they accepted and are preparing my order but after 2 hours no update. I call them just to see what's going on but its like no matter what option I pick on the ivr it just takes me back to the main menu again. And for some reason I can't contact chat on dutchie to reach out to them for me. The worst part aside from this being 4/20 is that its not the first time this has happened to me. Last time I waited 3 plus hours just for them to close and cancel my order.

Edit: ☆☆☆☆ They reached out to me and I really appreciate that in customer service. It has been 3 hours but today is 4/20 so I get that. My gripe was that I couldn't get any ease of mind. Thank you guys for reaching out to me.

Just noticed the recent remodel. It really made the space feel open and inviting. Both female bud tenders were incredibly friendly and informative. I ended up buying the high CBD Shaman Oil and it has been incredible for my anxiety disorder and insomnia. I will definitely be returning soon.

Supper nice made me feel like I've been going there for years definitely would recommend it and we'll keep going back.

Modern, clean, spacious store. Always quick and kind. A super big draw that they take cards.
