My husband and I recently went into CBD America for the 1st time on 10/8/22 we were greeted by Travis his customer service is beyond anything that I have encountered with the way the world is today he was so helpful so friendly and very engaged. he gave me a lot of good information that I didn't know because I'm still learning all about the CBD world .Travis also gave me a sample with the agreement I would come back and give him an honest review. Which I MOST DEFINITELY will be doing not only to give him my feed back but to get me more goodies and find out about the pet cbd goodies for my fur baby.

I have been back on several occasions and will continue too. They are so nice to me when I go in and never try to sell me something at a higher price. Life time customer for sure. Thank you Travis and his uncle is just as sweet I just couldn't remember his name other wise I would have mentioned it. See y"all real soon

This store sells mostly inferior cbd derived products. It won't be long before they are shut down. Also, they have a diluted understanding of how these products work. You can buy cbd isolate from Amazon and make products from home that are more beneficial, cost effective and much healthier.

I emailed CBD America with my symptoms and got a response back within hours. I went down to the shop to make purchases, the shop is clean, bright, welcoming Travis assisted me, he was wonderfully knowledgeable about his products, gave me a free sample, allowed me to take a larger bottle of tincture and ‘pay him next time’. I truly got the impression, it’s not about the money with them, it’s about healing people. So refreshing! The products are doing exactly what Travis advised they would, I’m feeling so much better! Saturday was our first time visiting and this place blowed me away. The professionalism and knowledge was excellent. I/we have never received this level of customer service anywhere! He explained in full details every product we inquired about. And gave us a simple protocal to follow. This place was fabulous! I reccommend everyone to stop by if you're into CBD products. Their professionalism, knowledge and prices are the best! I wont go anywhere else!
