All sales are final that just tells me your stuff is cheap garbage that you charge a arm and leg for but don't stand behind the products you sale or you would do exchanges and take returns knowing you get your money back through insurance or do you not have insurance...... You just lost a customer I'd rather buy from Walmart at least they back their products.....
