Not such a good place for Vape Liquid. They had a very small selection with limited flavors. But they had a lot of other things, well organized, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have bought two batters for a dab pen there and they both have broken within a month. It's called the ooze I have also bought a dab pen connector Parr for oil and the coil broke . UPDATE : the desires team called me and explained they can help me with a warranty to get a new pen . And went out of there way to help fix the problem. I have never had a company care so much about there customers. If a battery dosnt work right ask about a warranty if it's available.

Terrible customer service. Cussing and talking down to people for simply asking about hours over facebook. Then thanking everyone for boosting page for the up roar. Sexiest. Discrimination. This small business does not support locals. Out for their own pocket book with the over priced DHgate glass the store. New Visions was ran better.

Have a long way to go as far as representing a business. It’s obvious in the owners responses to negative feed back that instead of learning from negative reviews and using them to grow. Gets incredibly defensive and hostile. Unprofessional, sexiest and demeanering attitude. If basic customer service is agitating to you as an owner hire someone for that.

Very helpful staff. But this place is NOT A DISPENSARY. It is a head shop was traveling through and checked the website it describes Desires as a dispensary was very disappointed to find out I had to drive to a bigger city to find a dispensary.
