Shorted on quantity almost every visit. The email address they use to contact them to "correct" their mistakes is either unmonitored or ignored & used only to give the illusion of making an effort.

We went into the shop to ask some questions. While asking questions about products, two other customers came into the shop. We were completely ignored for the next 10 minutes while we attempted to get the clerks attention to purchase products. We finally ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Highly disappointed.
