Most comfortable of the shops in ontario to shop at they are friendly they dont come across judgy when you take time to find what you want infact they are awesome and will play show and tell with you so you know what your getting there layout it nice amd they even when busy are quick

My friend and I went here because they had cheap edibles. They have a pretty big selection of different edibles I was actually surprised! I thought it was going to take my friend foreveeeer to make up her mind, but the saleslady offered a product in different flavors and she picked really fast. Then the employee offered us a loyalty card, which we wanted but I didn't want a physical card so she suggested that I save it in my phone and said I could just give them the loyalty number when we come in! Great customer service for it being our first time in that store. This will be our go to store for our cannabis needs from now on.....

What can I say except WOW for amazing customer service!!! I explained to Chris my outstanding and very patient budtender that my Puffco device $$ was not working and that I had lost my receipt. These four gentlemen Chris, Nick, Taylor, and Dan went above and beyond to pull up my info from my Top Crop Card. They not only found my receipt but totally hooked it up with an even exchange so that I wouldn't have to deal with Puffco directly. Thanks to Nick for making it happen and the rest of these guys for putting the customer first. I will definitely be back for sure!

This shop is trash and needs id scanners. Im doing a job in Ontario for the week installing solar panels and went to get medicine after a ten hour day only to be turned away because they couldn’t verify my VERY LEGAL UTAH ID. POS SHOP I WONT BE BACK dont even try to make it better fing lame excuses for customer service

Fiest time customer, great group of people and super helpful. I'd made a mistake on my order and she helped me correct it ans got me the right battery for my cartridge and ended up saving me money. I'll definitely shop here again.
