Great store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We love coming here for great friendly service and good products. The only thing is we hate when we’ve been standing in line and they “close” 5 mins before 9.

I really dig the way this shop is set up! It's clean, easy to see everything and they carry high quality product. They have friendly and knowledgeable budtenders. I also love being able to order online on Leafly and pickup without even having to get out of my car!

First time entering a dispensary and was very impressed! I love how it is a very 1 on 1 experience and you can mix strains that are the same price to earn the ounce pricing. Kyle killed it and made it so I will definitely be coming here next time.

This store is by far the best store we have seen come into the Ontario area. They have a very welcoming feeling with an open floor setup so the place feels way better than the cattle line the other store put you in. The products are of the highest quality around and the prices are very reasonable not to mention that they are sold to you by some of the most knowledgeable people. I asked a couple question and could tell that this isn't just a job for the bud tenders but a passion that they all hold! Big thanks to Josh and both of the Zacks for making this experience enjoyable! I'm definitely coming back to this place!!!

Place is always jamming, great staff, selection and prices. Big shout out to @kowalskis_adventures for always having that super good energy and advice on products. If you're not hitting this place up then you're selling yourself short.

Other than 1 person(a manager) in the whole store/staff, I've had nothing but positive experiences with. The majority of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the cannabis field and just want to help you get tye medicine you need.
I had 1 really bad experience with one of the managers treating a family member very poorly and making extremely insane false accusations toward myself. I hope that he gets talked to.
On the other hand, Kyle Kowalski is one of the most kind, generous, loving, down to earth, helpful, respectful, responsible an d caring people I've ever met and he goes above and beyond to take care of people, educate them, cater to them and get them exactly what they need. He's seriously a blessing to this town and a blessing to Top Crop and the industry. I can't think of anyone else more deserving of a promotion or celebration than Kyle. He knows how to treat people and will help as much as he can, the best he can with whatever you might need from Top Crop.
Thanks Kyle for being such a REAL human being. The world needs more people like him, and he's a great example of what a model employee looks like. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
