Nice people clean place but sold me wrong thing.Asked for a tincture 1 to 1 CBD THC Comp.home with hemp CBD I can go down the street and buy this or online I do not know how many times I said I wanted a 1- 1.Now spent a lot for a product I did not ask for with no recourse.I guess I just left it up to them to be knowelgable of customer needs.

Used to really like this place but lately it's been a little discombobulated. Had a disappointing encounter with Christina. Very poor attitude, I don't believe in that kind of costumer service. If you don't like people and are rude upon meeting them, maybe they shouldn't be in costumer service. Ended up cancelling the order with her and going elsewhere. Super disappointing experience. Hopefully she'll work on having a better attitude in the future. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on though.

This store always has a tense feeling in the air. The man working there is always talking to customers like they aren't intelligent enough for their establishment. The products are good but the customer service is much to be desired.

The staff is very helpful even for someone who already has a lot of experience. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I love their online ordering. The product is always great and have never had any issues with it. Wheelchair access is just ok. There is a small lip going into the front door and going out the exit door. Nothing big but it can catch you off guard if you are not paying attention.

So nice to buy quality weed at a fair price. I'm a medical patient in another state. A far superior experience in Oregon. A+ customer service by a young girl with pink hair & tattoos. Superior experience!

My step mom and I drive out from Boise while I was visiting so this was my first trip to Ontario and Weedology. There was a wait, as expected. But everyone was respectful of wearing masks and keeping their social distance. Once inside there as a small wait as well. The shop is huge, with a nice big lobby before getting into the actual shop. Their selection is fantastic, we had so many choices. Their menu is available online to peruse or they offer order ahead. There's no special like for ordering ahead until you get inside, so if you order online, you'll still need to be patient.

But how for the real reason of leaving this review. Our budtender, Klu (I'm sorry, I don't know your preferred pronouns!). She was so knowledgeable and so friendly. She made sure we knew we had her undivided attention. I was finally getting my step mom her first pen and tip and Klu was patient and helped answer all our questions. She helped us find the best options and gave us some killer recommendations. If I lived in Boise, this would definitely be my go-to spot.

Keep up the great work guys. I see no reason to visit any other shop around when I have this place!

Easy parking and quick check in. Been to 40+ dispensaries across the country and this was one of the worse ones. Wide array of issues here. Multiple employees not covering their nose w mask as well as not enforcing covering to customers. It was overly crowded inside and chaotic. They have a booklet of products but only a small percentage were in stock (at least for rosin concentrates). For example, they will list 15 product offerings from a brand but only 3 are actually in stock. The info in the booklet was just plain wrong too. The thc % and price were wrong on 3 different items I was looking at.

I was looking for top shelf concentrates and found that they don’t refrigerate them although the box says it should as well as the manufacturer. This is the ONLY dispensary I’ve been to that didn’t refrigerate their live rosin concentrates. To my knowledge, only one brand was refrigerated and it was a brand they partnered with.

I’m aware that these stores don’t really need to change much since they will get customers regardless but it’s just disappointing. I will say the guy who helped me was patient and attentive.

This place is great! The cleanliness, customer service and knowledge the staff has about their products is very helpful and their prices are fairly decent as well.
