Weedology is such a great place to visit and get your medicinal plant on. The staff is knowledgeable and polite, fun and caring. They want to help you feel the best you can. If you aren't sure on want you want or need, you never need to hesitate to ask questions. The staff asks you a couple of questions on what you are looking for, what you want from the different strain of products they have and will make recommendations to you on what they think will help you the most. I enjoying going in and seeing the staffs friendly faces (even with their masks on.) And just exploring all that they have to offer, in both knowledge and product. Keep up the great work Weedology and thank you for keeping your establishment clean and friendly.

Bought a tincture walked out the door noticed my bag had a lot of liquid in it. Bottle was cracked on the bottom leaked on everything else on the bag. Turned around walked back in not even 2 min later. Manger said I dropped and they could do nothing.Not even a discount. Never have I had a manager tell me it's my fault , even before had put it in my truck. Not to mention it took the 40 min to fill the order cause there system kept screwing up, Wich is understandable but telling a customer it is his fault 2 min after walking out if the store, even if it was my fault that is not how you treat customers! Went back in to ask who the manger was that was rude to me just to get a name, refused to give it to me. I'm honestly speechless on how bad there customer service was..

I decided to give the place three stars because they have decent product and a good variety but the person I talked to didn't make me feel welcome at all and I think she was allergic to smiling or something. Then I asked a couple of questions about the flower and the answer was so vague that I had a better chance of asking a magic eight ball. I will definitely give them another chance but the deadpan customer service was why I gave it 1 star the first time.

My first visit was great and the product was great but , the second time i went i purchased the same product for $60.00 and i am very displeased it is not the same thing , it has zero affect!!! I do not recommend this place unless they fix the problem!!!!

I love Weedology. Marilee was such an awesome budtender. She knew exactly what to recommend and even helped us when we were a dollar short on a product she suggested. She was so kind and knowledgeable. This dispensary is always so well kept, friendly, and quick. Highly suggest coming here after so many wonderful experiences!
