Would be great if I wasn't put in the wrong line every time. Every time I go I get placed in the "online order line" just to have them send people ahead of me that showed up 10 minutes after I did also with online orders so I end up spending 20 minutes in line while people who show up AFTER me are expedited through. I know the place is busy and mistakes happen, but It happens literally every single time. Also, I really don't need the extra "weed sommelier" treatment every time I pick the stuff up.
Basically my main gripe is that it takes way too long just to pick up an order especially when its already bagged and ready to go and it was made online which suggests an expedited experience.

I had to remove my previous review about hoping how great this place would be it's not overpriced mediocre bud and long wait times walked in then walked right out!! If they don't fix their ridiculous prices soon save yourself money and go to hotbox instead

Had a great experience here. the staff is friendly. The wait time was longish, but with just 1 week open I wasn't surprised. Just relax and have a smoke (cig)or talk to the other like minded individuals around you. I forgot about the "sin tax" so the price was bumped a teeny bit. A tax I will happily pay (enjoy the great roads and schools your about to afford). anyhow I will definitely be back.

Wouldn't take our out of state id not to mention it was a week expired but with the corona virus the official state website for Washington clearly says they are still valid. Wont ever go back terrible help

Better to order online because of how packed it is. Not very organized with the process but I got what I ordered but never got my discount for Saturday shatter day. : ( other then that I was pleased
