Checking their inventory. So on Thursday Morning I decided to take a road trip to check out there store. I must say that I was so pleased that I stopped, the service was outstanding and I had a wonderful experience overall, it’s a great shop and will most definitely be back.

It’s a bit of a wait sometimes. If you go during the day when everyone is at work, then you can get thru pretty quickly. I don’t like the fact that you still have to wait after they call your name. But nonetheless the buds, concentrates are decently priced, you get what you pay for.

Every time I have gone here I have had wonderful experiences!! From short wait times, to friendly and knowledgeable staff, to excellent products and a pretty good size variety too. I have never left here disappointed and would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to go to a dispensary 👍🏼

The staff made a mistake and the wouldn't refund the money, staff error becomes the customers issue.

First timer here, all good things to say, we only waited for about 5 mins to get our number then about 20 ish to head back. Everyone was super friendly, I'm big on customer service and y'all did awesome. All n all I spent $153 walked out with a half oz and a cartridge. Happy with what I got. Only suggestion I'd make is please put the growers on the flower, that helps me since there are so many strains. :) All and all good experience and I'll definitely be back with friends. Thanks ✌️

Nice and organized!! And the budtenders....at least mine..were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They listened to me and made thoughtful suggestions! And the guy at the door was the.....coolest....dude.

Have had many positive experiences with Weedology. Yesterday however the front door greeted me with a sign claiming all patrons and employees were to wear masks, giving me a sense of security walking in, however, I saw only one employee properly wearing a mask, and almost no customers with masks, somebody behind me in line even burped in my direction with no mask on. The products I purchased through my online order were the correct brand, but the purity and strength was different than what was advertised online and their phone line is too busy and the voicemail is full so instead of being able to solve this reasonably I am going to have to make that my last visit to Weedology. The market in Ontario is saturated enough now where we can make a choice who to give our business to.

Made an online order 9/26/2020 and picked it up around 4pm. They were busy and didn't check my order. I didn't realize I was missing a $70 order of flower till I got home. I live 1hr away. I tried calling them all day and even emailed them to to answer. Their phones are never answered nor are their emails. This is really frustrating because I don't want to drive 1hr to be told there was nothing they could do. Wish they would answer the dang phones or reply to emails.
