The store is nice, the budtenders friendly. The prices are absolutely rediculous. I mentioned to the staff my concerns about how expensive the prices were. They informed me that their prices are that high because of all the Idaho customers that come in. That's just wrong on so many levels. Gouging customers because of where they come from? Really? So wrong on soooo many levels. Prices are over double what they are in the rest of the state. Rediculous. They asked me if I was in the military, not sure why. I told them I was retired Marine Corps and they charged me Idaho prices instead of giving me a veterans discount.

Okay so I thought the cheapest gram they had $7.20 8%thc 9%cbd was gonna be a waste of money. But no I was completely taken back buds were so sticky and smelt so good made such a good joint. Price doesn't matter the quality was great and better than anticipated. The wait was swift and the employees were completely understandable. I will be back. Definitely made a great impression. I have been to many dispensaries not just in Oregon so I'm a little more enlightened on how they work and what's truly impressive. This store was.

This is an amazing place with very high quality buds- always find fire weed here with great selection of other products as well- friendly staff just like at hotbox farms - heads up though this place is higher tier therefore higher prices, so be prepared for that otherwise if on a budget, hotbox would be recommended but I go to both (;

They had a good menu, on tv s and you could get a paper handout. Staff really polite and positive. They have alot of strains. Cool for my first Oregon experience.

We go all the time. However this last time on July 2nd, we over-paid by $100 as the new $50 bills stuck together. Tried to call same day & for days after. They never answer the phone and the voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. Not gonna keep customers by not responding. I feel totally ripped off. There are too many pot stores in Ontario to continue going to a place that won't even respond. My $400 to $600 a month in purchases can go back to Hotbox.
