Fast friendly service cool set up never a line.... great shake discount and amazing sales every day of the week...always a good place to visit

Bought a quarter of flower, looked great when they showed me the jar. Ended up getting bottom bag baby nugs. Very upsetting when your driving from very far. Wasting, time, gas, and most importantly MONEY. Crowded spot, makes me feel rushed while ordering, and basing off the previous reviews ive read, people have the same issue as me. All Ontario prices need to be lowered.

I worked here a WEEK. I was thrown on to work right away before filling any paperwork out with no training whatsoever thankfully I had previous experience. Tips were not distributed nightly and I honestly don’t even know how much I made in tips each night. I was thrown to work 9am to 11pm MY FIRST SHIFT when I was just told to come in for what was suppose to be just paperwork. I shrugged all this off until today. When a manager HITS me on the back of the head like I’m a child I will not tolerate it. I tried to laugh it off until I was continued to be picked at.
To be picked on to button my shirt up (which I did) after previously walking past the manager who said nothing about my shirt until I told him he would never touch me again like that, then told to not just sit around when I had previously expressed I, just like others there, were told to wait in the break room until assigned a position for the day. Cameras can be checked in that break room where this can be seen. The way this shop is ran is complete chaos.

I felt the need to post a review after reading some of the reviews that were not so positive. Everyone complained about driving to Huntington and their wait time. “If only there was a dispensary in Ontario?” Well now there is and people are complaining about the wait time and prices? Maybe cut them a bit of slack! They are just getting started. Maybe we should all be grateful that it is legal and there is a large selection. Let us be a bit more tolerant in this world🙏.

Far better “new shopper” experience than in Huntington. I’ll miss the people there, but this place is 60 miles closer to me, people are just as good, and the overall shopping experience is better hands down.

Was really excited to visit as this is pretty close to where I live. We was greeted pleasantly in the lobby but that’s pretty much where the pleasantries ended (except for her nice goodbye when we left). The bud tender at the counter was absolutely useless. How is this his job and he doesn’t know anything about different strains?? I’d rather use an iPod and scroll through different bud than have a useless human behind the counter trying to “help”. You have one job... how hard is it to figure out what different strains do and how they make you feel? Again, would rather just ditch the face to face if there is no help from them anyway. Clean and beautiful environment though. Love the shop. Bud tenders need WAY more training.
