Worst customer service in Ontario. Have an extra mask just in case your customer forgets one. Not to mention none of their bud tenders are wearing masks 24/7 and none use gloves handling your product. Told me to look at it from a hustlers point of view. Acting like they are drug dealers not a business.I guess they donβt sell enough there to buy a 500 pack of masks

Ok I've been to Zions only a couple of times but as of yesterday this is the only dispensary I will go to for now on. It was the best experience I've had a dispensary ever. Because of Josh,Izzy and Katie I will most definitely be coming back. I payed a great price for everything I got. Thank u guys for a amazing time Josh , Izzy and Katie I hope u guys are working next the come in.

Best shop I've ever been to my far. Beats the prices of Weedology and Hotbox farms by far. They also gave us 20% off on Saturdays and the budtender also gave us 2 free T Shirts! They are also so nice and personable that i felt like i could just kick it with them all day. As long as the prices stay great and the service remains top notch, I won't be going ANYWHERE else.

This is the place you go to when all the other dispensaryβs are full π The person taking orders always messes it up. The ATMs NEVER work so you have to loose your place in line to go to the bar on the other side of the building. Products are way over priced compared to other businesses in the area. Disorganized.
