Great in person customer service, very polite and knowledgeable; but online ordering is HORABLE!!!! They do NOT set your order aside they sell first come in store first sold . Your online order is NOT GARANTEED.

Itβs fine. Had it recommended by a person I trust but I think they are off on this one. Place is overpriced and the stuff they hock as premium is worse (much worse) at $380 and ounce than their neighbors premium for $80 cheaper. Not that itβs bad again itβs fine. But there is one shop blowing all the others out of the water in Ontario. Itβs not this one.

Worst customer service I have had to deal with. Came in especially for duct tape dabs that you showed online said I wanted 2 of them the guy instead of going and checking said we do not have any. told him it shows online that you do so another guy went to check and you had 3 of them then another customer cam in and in the process bought all 3 so I was unable to get what I had come there for.
