These people are great. I asked if they could start carrying a product for me and she (the mgr) gave me the list and let me pick..3 days later it was there and still always available! RJ is the best with his customer service skills .I feel like family there!!

Very disappointed. The only time I go in there anymore because of this problem now is to pick up cbd for someone else. Getting stuff for myself is a problem. They can't seem to give me what I ask for missing at least one item. Then seeming to be in a hurry to get you paid & out the door. I've tried to explain my experience to them this last time and got hostile attitude as if she couldn't have made any mistakes and then I get hung up on. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO COUGAR CANNABIS! LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR DON'T WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!

Absolutely awesome staff, went in there maskless and got no guff about, was helped by an phenomenal bud tender named sierra who actually knew her stuff, gave solid recommendations which were right on the nose for what I asked for, and was a very positive experience from the moment I stepped in and was greeted by staff and dogs, Will for sure be back

They don't update their website, so you go in for something that they don't have. Plus the prices are way too high. The price advertised on the site doesn't exist at the store. The lady at the counter was very rude, and didn't care what was on the site. In fact she said I was mistaken, so I showed it to her. She said the site was way off that they don't even have flower prices as low in the store. I told her they should update it because it's basically false advertising. She said it's not her job. I will never go back, and wish I could give zero stars.
