Honestly these guys are awesome. I've only had 1 problem since I started going here and they fixed it immediately and the customer service was top notch. Can't see myself going to another shop any time soon.

Definitely would not recommend was told everyone in my car had to come in and show ID even though the vehicle next to me had two 2 females both looking underage yet they didn’t have to show ID and get outta there car but me and my friends well In there 20s all did I ask why the other vehicle doesn’t have to do the same and I get told oh “Cuz” DUDE I DONT EVEN VAPE

Hands down my favorite place to go. The owner is a super nice, very chill guy, great conversationalist, me and both my brothers go here whenever we can. Should've left a review here a long tome ago. I see those one star reviews and can only imagine these idiots don't know what they're doing, how this business works in Oregon, or simply are needy Karen's who feel the world and all small businesses owe them. Fools like this stress me out, so much so so I'm gonna need more juice here pretty soon. Bet you can guess where I'm gonna go!

When I moved here from Idaho, I was so excited about this shop. My Brother had turned me on to them. The other shops I had to been to in the area where higher priced on the juices.
Now 1. The Employees are nice. Well at least two of them are. There is one that I had only seen once and it was like he didn't care if I was there or not. He knew nothing, and had only one word answers for my questions. and 2. This is my biggest issue that I have had with them, while yes they offer 150 different juices, rather or not they are in stock is the questions. It always seems that they are out of every juice you ask about. And then they are out of it for a long time.
After seeing and hearing about how the owner and employees treat others that have come in to the shop or to them with complaints and such, I unfortunately wont be back. I'd rather go pay the higher prices else where, where I can get the customer service and products.

I purchase 90% of my vape juices, or any vape accessories from OVS. However, I would LOVE to see some Jam Monster added to an already great selection. 🤷♀️ I love these guys, and their customer service is above and beyond. I haven’t been to the Eugene shop, but I don’t doubt that they offer exceptional customer service as well. I recommend Oregon Vape Game hands down. Thank you!!! 😊😊

Eric is amazing! I love his prices and he always has answers to any questions I might have. He cares about his customers and always takes suggestions. His juice range is amazing and he always tries to expand for every customer. He is the only vape shop I go to! So glad to be part of the OVS team!

I also want to make a point to tell you I feel safe coming into the store day or night because of the precautions every employee takes! This is a great place to buy vape supplies and well as other items. However, it's the employees that keep me coming back!!!
