I frequent this shop in Tigard often, and never have had anything but friendly and knowledgeable service. My favorite person though I think his name is Brendan I hope I spelled that right. Always quick to help very knowledgeable and all a round genuinely nice guy!

I love this store and will always go out of my way to go here, Viv is especially extremely welcoming and sweet and always knowledgeable when I have questions. 10/10 would highly recommend supporting local especially these guys.

There's a shop in lake Oswego with 9000 puffs sold for less then you can 5000 at this shop. They have way more products better flavors. Better customer service they make sure your device works before you leave. While this shop won't let you vape in it even tho the employees do in the back room. Plus traffic on the road of this place is full of traffic and accidents half the time you can't even get in the parking lot. Doesn't offer benefits to employees the other one does. It's the same driving time to get better product.

Long time shopper of this great vape shop. Today though, I needed a new mod and Viv showed me the Geek vape B100 21700 Kit. I was hesitant at buying it but listened to Viv's sales pitch on it. I decided to buy said kit, Viv give a excellect run down on my new mod or mod with a pod.... but anyways. Got outside of the store and hit the mod. Viv was 100% accurate in her salespitch. Thank you!!!!

Thought of getting back into Vaping....there was several Vape Shops surrounding me at the moment and I picked "Serenity Vapor"...haven't Vaped for several years and wanted to check out new mods...rda's etc.....Serenity Vapor was the spot to go they had several high end and affordable modes to choose from all quality merchandise...I use 0mg and they have alot of juices both nicotine and 0mg flavors and brands to choose from...."Braddah Brandon is Da Man" to see there!!! He hooked me up....educated me on the new stuff and steered me in the right direction as to what I was looking for he listened to me and wasn't just trying to sell me something. Clean bright and friendly Vape Shop I will definitely go back there again.....this will be my Vape Home to go to.....Much Mahalo Brandon 🤙

Rayne and the whole crew here bend over backwards to help you get the perfect setup, the perfect flavor, and above and beyond customer service. Everyone that walks in is always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Definitely a go to shop for anything vape related, and even just to chill for a minute and learn something on the TV which is always running a vape related show.

Just over a month ago, I bought what is nicknamed a "stealth-vape." I love using it and bought it after Rayne highly recommended the product named the "Suorin Drop."
Well, two days ago the Vaporizer inexplicably stopped working.
I brought it back today, and after Rayne and I did some troubleshooting, we found no reason as to why the s stealth-vape stopped working.
Due to the store's policies and the fact that it had been just slightly over a month since I bought the product, Rayne called her manager (I forgot his name) and he approved a full replacement of the device.
I did not expect an exchange and I was shoked to be given such STELLAR customer service and understanding from Rayne.
I'm sending everyone I know that uses vaporizers to Serenity Vapor Lounge on Pacific Hwy.

They’re the only vape shop close enough that carry my ADV. And since I’m not able to order online now cause there’s no one to ship to oregon now they’re the only place I can get my flavor/brand from. They’re really nice and I’m glad I finally get my eliquid… but the price is soooo expensive!! I can get my royalty 2 by vapetasia for like $12 bucks online so I usually get like 6 bottles at a time. Well in store they charge $30 for 1 bottle!!! So sad. I hope we get online shopping figured out so I can save some money and buy more than 1 bottle at a time again.
