So, on my friend's recommendation, I stopped by to check it out. So glad that I did. Purchased one for me and one for the dog. Kathy extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. Enchanted by the store atmosphere, the products and the proprietor's expertise. After one week, my arthritic hand is feeling much, much better.
