The ladies that helped me with my vape supplies were super nice! Reasonable prices. Only sad that there are no refunds on used tanks since the one I purchased was not compatible with my prehistoric mod. They did work with me on purchasing additional supplies at a discounted rate due to my sadness and inconvenience. Awesome store, highly recommend.

I've been shopping at Frolic since 2010 and I am a super loyal customer to this awesome family shop. They carry a fantastic and very wide variety in every department, from the pipe room to the apparel, accessories, decor, disc golf, cbd products and more. Definitely a go-to stop for all my GIFT needs and glass purchases! The whole staff is amazing, kind, helpful, courteous and professional. I get the best service from Barb every time! Every piece she ever recommended to me was top quality and super durable. I love that she and the other Frolic location buyers focus on Made in the USA, hand blown glass only...no toxic import glass here, ever!
I travel for a living and shopped at many similar stores across the country, and few can compare to the selection and service at Frolic.

Amazing selection of glassware, vapes,clothing, and vinyl! Seriously, they have some of the coolest glass pipes around! Very chill atmosphere, with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Got tons of information on vaping from their patient and helpful associate! 10/10, I'll be back for sure!!!

I'm getting really annoyed with this shop.
The first time, went to buy .8 mesh coils they didn't have them and said 1.4 would work. They didn't, my vape just blinked when I hit the button. Went to return, no returns. Bought a new vape out $22 bucks. Ordered .8 online to keep old vape as backup.
Second time, SO vape broke and used back up went to go buy .8 coils one was punched out of the pack.
Third time, my vape broke sent SO to get .8 coils for back up vape, they told him .6 would work and once again the vape just blinks. I have no problem with the .8 and if I would have known they were gonna pull that on him too I would have just bought a new vape. But now I can't because the money I budgeted towards vape supplies doesn't allow me to until the 1st because I wasted $22 towards it. I'm nicotine dependant so this is very frustrating. I spend 140+ a month here and I'm starting to wonder why when I have another shop closer to me.

Great place to purchase water pipes and other "tobacco" products. Wide variety. Must be of age to enter the area selling tobacco products. So if your underage don't try to enter that area as everyone must present ID to affirm you are of age. Great selections to choose from. Anything the smoker is looking for can be found at Frolic.

Frolics employees are some of the nicest most knowledgeable people around! They are working hard to continue to serve their community during this pandemic. They are out here hustling with a smile behind their masks. Barb and Shawn are busy maintaining curbside pickup and online orders. Sure they have a large selection but the staff are totally arrogant and unhelpful. Asking the staff a question is super awkward. Frolic will probably have what you’re looking for if it’s glassware related but they are about 20% more expensive than they should be and they rely on the fact that they are the only store in town to get away with being horrible at customer service. Most of their stock can just be bought online for less anyhow so I would recommend skipping the frolic experience and going with any online retailer instead. Can’t wait until they have some competition so they either fix their business practices or get forced out of the market by a better competitor.
