Puff 'N Stuff

This place used to be soooooo cool. I love little shops that I can just walk into and look around. There used to be neat stuff in every section and corner of this shop. Now it's very boring. Art that looks like it has been painted by a elementary student... a sad clothing section with nothing ever in my size. And all of the pieces they sell are overpriced. This USED to be a MUST SEE when in Lancaster. Not anymore. So sad

They are always cool to me here. Polite and willing to help. Lots of pieces to check out. Various products from local artists, including clothing and artwork as well. Friendly little shop, usually have all the necessities in stock. Lots of smells but smoke is not one.

Loved the store. Thought the dudes where cool. However I don't trust the quality and craftsmanship of their glass work. Especially considering on my second use of a piece that was bought from there the sidewall of the glass bowlhead broke just cashing it out. I did call the shop and they weren't willing to do any kind of refund to my card which sucked because I paid $18.00 for something I got to use once. Their comment was " It happens ". Well it shouldn't happen if you're selling non cheap glass made from good materials like Pyrex. I feel robbed all because"I put my lips on it". It's like their waiver to say screw you. I guess the cheap prices strongly reflect the quality.

Edit: Not even a month later my second piece broke while inside a protective case. Both just broke while doing nothing and for no reason. I've had the same pieces for over 10 years and this is bullshit. I know how to take care of my stuff. What a scam.

Great place to get everything you need for tobacco and CBD use. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great prices!

There are WAY better places. The glass selection is a sad blend of predicable and cheap Chinese glass. The pen tops/batteries that I've purchased here aren't worth talking about either. They break quickly and the staff make helping you seem like a favor instead of their job. Also the pricing isn't good. Just buy online, save the trip to this store and visit an online headshop. Better yet, check out the place in Columbia or Reading for a MUCH better selection (and more helpful staff).

First let me discuss the staff. Super friendly and super open minded. I purchased a water pipe, and being new took it home snd couldint get it to pull correctly. I called the shop and they had me come in and were able to school me up. So 5 star rating for service and staff. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is, 1. Always leave room for improvement, 2. The variety of items to view is endless, except the mid price range water pipes ($60-$100) only had a couple options to choose from. Would love to see that selection grow in the mid priced range water pipes. However without having knowledge of what sells and what doesint thats just my opinion. ( changing rating to 5 out of 5 since ratings impact the ratings algorithm. Still giving 4/5 as my personal rating)

Bought a vapmod dragoo 510 thread battery. but it tastes like fumes from the glue the manufacturer used on the side panels. I had to take the panels off the side and reapply it with some super glue but it still smells not as bad. But still if your looking for a 510 thread battery your better off with the palm from ccell

Shop keeper was super nice and helpful. Good quality pieces. My pipe was wrapped properly and made it home in one piece

Great Staff, Great Owners...Incredible set up making them more then just a "head shop", definite icon in the city and a big reason we have such awesome places to shop in lancaster and the fact it's a family owned and run business that will and does promote small local businesses and craftsmen. Highly recommended you visit, pun intended.
