Customer service is a amazing. Today was our first time at Black Market, but Joe's customer service was sublime and instantly made us loyal patrons. He has everything you need, and all the things you had no idea you needed. A secret gem that locals flock to, and tourists find sanctuary. Just a hop, skip, & a jump from Reading Market, it is easy to visit both these Philadelphia steeples on the same day.

Craig (owner) never make good on the work we provided him, on top of that, things at this place are highly overpriced. Most of these reviews seem fake to be honest and for a period of time I knew the owner and how this store operate their business well overcharging for Kratom, vapes, etc etc etc.

amazingly organized and great customer service. wonderful selection of quality products, youre definitely going to find what you need here. only complaint is that its a tad pricey. but worth it imo.

The people there were nice, but paying an extra 25% more than other retailers in the city and seeing all of the reviews of inflated prices has me telling everyone I know to avoid there. I would come back again if they had lower prices, because their selection is good. Do not go here if you expect prices similar to others in the city.

Walk in, beautiful shop. Layout is so clear and concise. Staff, two women in the morning, so friendly. Talked for a little bit, showed me this great piece, bought it on the spot.
