Losta loyal almosg everyday customer that buys a lot of viva zens, glass,and amlost any smoking related and i always get my wifes air bars from here. But to night at 9:05 5 minutes passed close the door was locked and they spuld not allow me to purchase the one item a viva zen and im kool with that its past closing time but not when you have customers being serviced at the time still even tho is pass the time and people being allowed to stay and play the slot game but i wasnt allowed in to purchase and item i told the kid i already knew i wanted would have been a 30 second cash transaction and been out before the people on the slots would have been finished 2 spins on the slots. I like the owner and the older whitw male that works therr they know im there every other day but i probably wont be back due to this interaction tonight.

Do not go to this place! My wife got 2 air bars for 30$ they said check before you leave it works, she went right outside the door checked & it was leaking everywhere she went back in & they said “oh he said don’t leave the store I’ll give it to you this time” she said “I was in here 2 min ago” then she left & he gave her another defective piece. This place is a scam selling faulty products, my advice to you is pass this place & go to universal on kutztown road

they served me so many times without an id for over a year then just randomly card me now that im 20 years old this is so unprofessional dont sell it ti me one multiple times to say now h need my id if u not gonna card me keep it at that dont not card me then card me a year later this is the worst shop i been to and i been to many many vape shops
