Bought a 3 pack of empty pods for my Smok Novo 4 on 9/3/22. Supplies are hard to find so I was excited to bring it on the road with me, and ignored the slightly open box. When I opened it yesterday, I found it only had 1 empty Pod. At the store,, it is behind the counter and out of reach of customers, so I didn't think the box would have missing pieces. Not cool considering I paid $25 for 1/3 of what I paid for: imagine going to subway, paying for a footlong, and the sandwich maker eats 8 inches of your sub but charges you full price. This might be a situation of employees snatching a Pod or two, so I won't be going back there for business except maybe to get my money back.

I bought a disposable vape here went to use it at home and it doesn't work. I went to go back to the store before 7pm and they closed early so I couldn't get anything done about it. I spent 53 dollars here to get literally ripped off. I want my money back or a disposable that works. I am beyond livid. Update: I was never asked to check. I did charge it first and it still doesn't work. Give me one that works when I come in tomorrow please and I'll be a satisfied customer.

Look elsewhere for vapes
Several months ago purchased two Hyde’s one would not charge & 2nd had no flavor within a day. Friend came to visit for Holidays and decided to give it another try w/different brand & sales rep talked us into buying last 3 of a different brand. All 3 banana strawberry had zero flavor. Took them back, told sales rep and his reply “you tried them before you left”true but shouldn’t flavor last beyond 24 hours? $100 down the drain!
Found Smoke Valley in State College, cost allot less plus one free w/every purchase. Sorry but I will drive a few extra miles spending the money on gas opposed to buying garbage.
So I seen the response from the owner.....I returned to the place of business a few weeks ago and wrote down my name and phone number and left the information with the employee...No Reply

They have some good quality e-cig with 2% nic. They event helped me to test before leaving store. Located in a convenient spot. The price compared to 5000 is actually better than some places.

So I bought a vape and it was burnt and when I tried to return it for a new one the next day they said they can't do anything about it so not I'm one stuck with a $29 burnt vape and I had to buy a new one what a ripoff and a waste of money

Literally got the most bunk pods on planet earth here. Came in with a seal I had never seen before, two of the pods looked burnt and as if they had been refilled and they didn't taste right
