They used to be good. Premium Jane is now a fraud of the most sophisticated kind. You will not get your order. You will not be able to talk bto anyone at Premium Jane. I went through my credit card company to get my money back.

One of my all-time favorite ways to take CBD is through gummies and these gummies here are really really good. They taste so fruity and have a great texture, it's not too sticky either and it doesn't hurt your jaw.

Wow, this place is HORRIBLE! These reviews are right on, so please read them! I ordered 300 mg of CBD oil and it was so weak, that I had to take about 10 times the recommended dosage, and it still didn't work for me. I'm not faulting them with that because hey, sometimes it's just not for everyone. However, the 1 star is for the fact that they say they offer refunds. However, I mailed in my refund on June 28 and it got there in 2 days. Here it is, 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my refund. Every time I call, I get a different answer. One person said wait 3-5 business days. 2nd person said it's 5-8 business days. Well we are way past that now and still no refund. Not worth the time and effort, especially when there are so many other great companies out there.

Amazing CBD brand. They delivered my order in 4 days and the product itself is very good. I bought CBD oil which is one of the tastiest I have ever tried and it works wonders for my daily life. I recommend PremiumJane to anyone who is interested in buying CBD oil, gummies or any other CBD product!

Quality product with nice variety.

My wife ordered the gummies in early May, and received a confirmation email on May 8. She did not receive them until June 3rd. When she looked at the ingredients on the bottle, they included “Glucose Syrup [wheat]”. That ingredient was not shown in the website’s ingredient list; she is gluten-intolerant and would never had ordered them if it had been. She sent an online query the same day asking if the gummies were gluten free, and followed up with an email the next day - June 4. She did not receive a response from customer service until June 19! That response included a request for a picture of the ingredient list on the bottle - does customer support not have access to the company’s own product? She provided the requested photo on June 23, and did not receive a response until July 3rd, a month after her initial contact with customer service and 2 months after she ordered! The July 3 reply indicated that the company has a 30-day refund period (which due to their inept customer support had now passed!) and stated that she should mail them back - at her expense, of course! - for a refund! In the meantime, she gave them to a friend who could tolerate the gluten. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! I don’t understand how this company stays in business.

I ordered premiumjane 300mg Natural and received Citrus Flavor instead. I emailed them - no response. Tried calling their customer service phone # and got voicemail. I did receive something for my money - but they will not see any more of my money - not with their poor customer service. Buyer Beware ! Update - Someone from premiumjane did get back to me on June 19 (25 days after my original complaint). On June 21 they said they ordered a replacement - it's now July 6 and haven't received anything yet.

I ordered a product but had difficulty with the website so I canceled the order I have a copy of the cancellation I emailed the company and didn’t get a response for 72 hours. Their response was computer-generated and they shipped me the item despite me canceling it there is no customer service. I have to challenge the charge with the bank. I have had outstanding customer service with CBD distillery I highly recommend this company

How I wished I had read these reviews, for it has over a week since I placed my order, delivery date keeps changing and they do not respond to my emails. I will report their dishonest operation however and whenever I can. Too bad they find joy preying on those with physical pain.

It took 3 weeks before they even shipped me my product. They never mentioned it was on back order, I was supposed to receive and email receipt and never did. I called on Friday of that week, I waited 5 days before I called and they had an attitude with me like I'm supposed to know it was on back order. No email, no phone, call nothing. They said I would receive a shipping tracking number on Friday, I did not. When I called,of course they were closed. 3 weeks later they send me a tracking number, but it doesnt say who they mailed it with. It literally sat there until Tuesday the following week, before they shipped it. I will NEVER purchase from them again, regardless if it works or not. STILL havent received this product. I dont do business like this.
