King tobacco always has the lowest prices on everything. Just not the most knowledgeable staff at their #3 location. She made us feel like a complete inconvenience, and knew absolutely nothing about any of the products. Honestly...I have no idea if she even worked there or if she just happened to be behind the register and wanted to push the shiny buttons and make box go ding. Derp.

Went in for a simple $20 bong, the owner’s brother, Alex tried to sell my 2 defective bongs, one the glass can cuts in it, the other was warped; 3rd one seemed okay so I bought it. At home I lifted it up and the bottom fell out. Went back, and the only person who can help you is Alex, well the guy is never there on time so I can never catch him. Also, those defective bongs, still out on the display case for you to purchase. Even left my number for him to call me on an occasion, but didn’t receive a call back. I’ve given up, so I’ll just leave this review hopefully it deters others.

Every time I've gone into Kings tobacco on Rogers Avenue it's very friendly welcoming establishment, Alex the man who is always there when I come in Alex is very upbeat outgoing individual trying to make sure that every one of his customers and he knows every one of them by name LOL. He makes sure that every one of his customers get the service that each one of them deserves make sure they have what they need. He goes above and beyond I would recommend this establishment 10 plus Stars and the prices are unbeatable

When I walked in there it blew my mind how much stuff they actually have in stock. If you like cigarillos they got all the cigarillos lol. Go check them out the staff's friendly and the store is very clean as well. The display cases make it easy to look through everything they have and not miss something
