This company offers amazing pet tincture!!! I have a red nosed pit that is quite crazy! She is a rescue and working on anxiety and separation issues this product helps so much! The employee that helped us was very informative and knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all questions we had and went above and beyond what was expected. I absolutely love the roll on pain relieving product I picked up. Customer service is meh, but this product is a godsend. I've had multiple pain disorders since the 70s, but a couple years ago my doctors took me off all my painkillers when I was diagnosed with kidney disease. The stuff is finally allowing me the use of my arms.

Update: we had a chance to try out the CBD on our dog. There were fireworks the other day and she was shaking like a leaf, trying to hide under furniture. We gave her a dropper full of the CBD, within minutes she was calm! I've never seen anything work this fast before. Highly recommend for your nervous dogs out there! Very welcoming for us and our pup. Dogs are welcome here, and she has hand made products specifically made for dogs. Our dog suffers from fear of fireworks and we have a lot where we are from. CBD made here has dog flavors as well as human flavors! We purchased the bacon flavor for our pup. Not only was she very informative, she also welcomed our dog inside! Very recommended!

Visiting hot springs and walked in, walked out less than 1 minute later. While in there a customer who was wearing a dress had left. The costumer happened to be a man. The employee behind the counter proceeded to say how he wishes the customer never came in the store and now seeing a man in a dress makes him want to grab a gun. That kind of violence is absolutely atrocious no matter who you are. Especially since the customer in the dress was extremely kind. I don’t know if this was the owner or just an employee but I was completely appalled.

While playing in a tennis tournament at Hot Springs Village, we took an afternoon trip to visit historic Hot Springs downtown. We went into Hot Springs Hemp Company and the people working were so helpful and knowledgeable. I have used CBD oil in the past, but this has been the best and the price is great. My husband and I both use the Pure hemp CBD extract roll on and the 10% Emu Oil for different aches and pains. This stuff WORKS!!! I highly recommend this stuff. You can buy in the store in Hot Springs or online.

My wife and I visited Hot Springs in late April for a wedding. We came across Hot Springs Hemp Company, wanting to buy some CBD & D8 flower for the trip. We LOVE this place. The service was amazing, and educational, and the product is top notch! We live in Austin and love it so much, we order from here instead of our local CBD/Delta-8 spot. We receive our order within 2 days and when they didn't have what I wanted, they made amazing substitutions and threw in an extra goody and some matches. Toni and Barry wrote a handwritten note letting me know why there was a substitution. We will keep ordering from here! Highly recommend.

I visited the store last year while on vacation in Hot Springs and was incredibly impressed with the staff, their knowledge of the products and customer service. I set up a monthly order to be shipped to me in Louisiana every month. I receive an email each month letting me know my order has shipped and providing me with a tracking number. It is always timely and packaged well. The staff is in constant communication with me letting me know of new products to make sure I am getting exactly what I need. There are CBD and Hemp stores on every corner in Louisiana but I choose to continue my order with Hot Springs Hemp Company because of their knowledge and amazing customer service.
