Reached out to do a return and was told on the phone returns were accepted. When I went in to return the product the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude to me and refused to do the return, then took a ten minute phone call while I waited until I gave up and left the store. Very disappointed with the service I received.

I had a delightful time in the afternoon with a gal and her sweet dog Janice peeking under the counter as we came inside. After a quick sniff, Janice allowed us to talk to her human, from whom we bought a sweet treat and went on our way. 10/10 would meet Janice again.

We were in Breckenridge for Thanksgiving week & happened upon this shop. The owner was so nice in helping my husband select some of their products & we were so pleased. When we got home, we placed an order but in error, sent the funds to the wrong place. The owner was so nice & helpful in making sure we still got our order even though it was our error. I didn’t know people this nice still existed. This guy went way above what was expected & offered to fill our order anyway. Their products are wonderful. He is the best & his products are excellent.
