Drove from new Smyrna Beach to buy some CBD oil and the lights were on but the doors were locked and there was not a note on the door. Came back half an hour later and there was a note on the door that they went to the bank and will be back in 20 minutes. This happened to us last year when we were here. Going to start ordering it online while we are in Florida.

I love American Shaman products! It helps with pain and nausea. It also helps with feeling calm and relaxed. The store is very welcoming, I love the atmosphere and the service is impeccable! I met the owner and she is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The store manager is amazing, knowledgeable and funny and personable! Its definitely a great experience overall and I look forward to returning!!

I used to LOVE coming to this store. The associates have always been amazing but when the owner was in recently, she put a terrible taste in my mouth. I won’t go in if she’s there. Terrible management skills.

Customer service is exceptional; very professional. I was overwhelmed and had alot of back pain today. The Employee gave me a free sample & educated me on the benefits of using CBD daily & THC as needed. I did some shopping and forgot I was in pain; that's how fast that free sample worked. I went back and bought the Delta 8 Balance Watersoluble & that topical cream. Great product and experience.
